Since the beginning, quality was an important determinant of Wadima’s daily work. For us quality is a very broad concept. It's not just the attention to careful workmanship and durability of products, but also their comfort and the degree of satisfaction of client’s needs . An important dimension of quality is also a quality of management, particulary in terms of customer satisfaction with the cooperation with the company.
To work even more efficient and to control quality, in 2003, it was decided to implement a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001: 2000. The implementation of the system of the company began in November 2003, and the confirmation of its functioning is the Quality Certification, which was granted to the company in August 2005.
On 10 May 2004 the company implemented following quality policy:
"We are a company that produce and supplies on the market women's, men's and children's underwear. We try to ensure customer satisfaction by offering high quality products at competitive prices in accordance with current fashion trends and the requirements of the standards and regulations. Their actions are based on the principle "quality is not a goal but an everyday life."
Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 is effectively maintained and continuously improved, and its performance is measured as bringing many benefits to both the company and its customers.
